Best grass green in the Widebay
Bowlers from across the WideBay voted the Maryborough Services. Memorial Bowl Club as having the best grass green in the Fraser Coast.
The Frasercoast District Bowls Association prefer to play major district events here. Recently hosting the District team trials and the 2020 District Division 1 Pennants Semi’s & Finals.
The green quality is the result of the hard work from the Greenskeeper Errol Heselwood.
With many years of knowledge behind Errol, he has continually produced the green at its highest level and consistency.
As well as maintaining the grass green, he also has the newly installed synthetic green to look after.
