COVID REQUIREMENTS
Maryborough Services Memorial Bowls Club.
Conditions for entry.
Qld Health COVID requirements recommend that:
- All patrons are required to sanitise their hands.
- All patrons not residing within the same household will be required to maintain a 1.5m social distance from other patrons.
- All members & visitors must register using the ‘Check-in Qld App on their smartphone if they are able to.
- If not, all members & visitors must sign the register and leave their name, contact phone number, contact address or email address and time of entry. There is no need to note time when leaving the premises.
- All patrons must adhere to directions given by staff or they will be requested to leave the club premises.
ANY PATRON WHO IS FEELING UNWELL AND HAS EVEN THE MILDEST SYMPTOMS (runny nose, scratchy throat,cough) ARE ASKED NOT TO VISIT OUR VENUE.
