Hall Hire – Maryborough Services Memorial

Terms & Conditions

HALL HIRE RATES

  • Friday, Saturday or Sunday Nights 6pm to 12 midnight $150
  • Monday to Friday Daytime $100
  • All times are inclusive of set up and pack up.

SECURITY BOND (refundable upon satisfactory cleanup) $200

  • payable for all bookings
  • hall hire & bond to be payed one week prior to event.

If you have not completely vacated the premises including decorations, rubbish and patrons by 12.00am,  your bond will be deducted $100.00.

Hiring restrictions.

The club rooms are not available for hire to 16 to 20 year old birthday parties.  21st parties will be considered with adult supervision.

It is the responsibility of the hirer to see that children attending are adequately supervised by their parent/guardian.

Covid Restrictions for Hall Hire in Maryborough

  • Covid self distancing must be adhered to at all times except patrons the reside at the same address.
  • food may only be served by persons that have completed the TAFE training for food handing.
  • All patrons must sign the Covid register at the front door upon entering the premises and signing out when leaving. When signing they must list they name, contact phone number, address or email address and time of entry/exit.
